Fee Changes for Skrill & NETELLER
Earlier this year Skrill already made some smaller fee changes. Now Skrill and NETELLER announced another increase in some of their fees.
We want to give you an overview of all changes and who will be affected.
Which Skrill & NETELLER fees are changing?
Beginning on October 17th Skrill and NETELLER are going to increase their p2p transfer fees, FX fees, and the fees for sending money from Skrill to NETELLER and visa versa for all their clients. Depending on your current VIP Level you will be more or less affected by these changes.
Fee Changes for transfers between accounts (p2p fees)
Skrill
The p2p Skrill fees for non-VIPs will be increased from 1% (limited to 10 EUR) to 1.9% (limited to 20 EUR).
For Skrill VIP customers it will be 1% for all levels, capped at 10 EUR for Bronze and 2 EUR for Silver, Gold, and Diamond VIPs.
NETELLER
The p2p NETELLER fees for non-VIPs will be increased from 1% (limited to 10 USD) to 1.9% (limited to 20 USD).
For NETELLER VIP clients it will be 1% for all level, capped at 10 USD for Bronze & Silver clients and capped at 2 USD for Gold, Platinum, and Diamond VIPs
Fee Changes for Currency Conversions at Skrill & NETELLER (FX fees)
The fee for currency conversions (FX Fee) will also be changed starting the 17th of October, 2016.
Skrill
Non-VIPs: The FX fee for non-VIP clients will be increased from 2.99% to 3.99%.
VIPs:
- Bronze: Increased from 2.69% to 3.79%.
- Silver: Increased from 2.39% to 2.89%.
- Gold: Increased from 2.09% to 2.59%.
- Diamond: No increase – 1.99%.
NETELLER
Non-VIPs: The FX fee for non-VIP clients will be increased from 3.39% to 3.99%.
VIPs:
- Bronze: Increased from 3.09% to 3.79%.
- Silver: Increased from 2.59% to 3.19%.
- Gold: Increased from 2.19% to 2.79%.
- Platinum: Increased from 1.99% to 2.39%.
- Diamond: Increased from 1.0% to 1.29%.
Fee Changes – 
Sending money between your Skrill & NETELLER account
Earlier this year Skrill and NETELLER introduced the option to transfer money between Skrill and NETELLER. The fee for the transfer at this point was 1.9% without any cap and without lower fees for customers holding the Skrill and/or NETELLER VIP status. This fee will be increased to 3% from the beginning of the 17th October 2016.
