Your eWO benefits only apply if your new eWallet account is linked to us. Old browser cookies from other websites can link it to someone else without you noticing.

Quick guide

  1. Open a private window (Chrome: incognito) or clear your cookies.
  2. Open our sign-up link for the provider in that window.
  3. Register and verify your account there.

Why it matters

Cookies are small files websites store in your browser. During sign-up the provider reads them to see who sent you. A private window starts without old cookies, so only our link counts.

Opening a private window

  • Chrome: menu with three dots, then New Incognito window
  • Safari (Mac): File, then New Private Window
  • Firefox: menu, then New private window

All sign-up links are on the provider pages, for example Skrill, Neteller or Payz.
