MiFinity has appointed Ray Brash as Group Chief Operating Officer. He will run the Product, Project Management and Payments functions. Nothing changes for your account: fees, limits and terms stay as they are.

Who is Ray Brash?

The news comes from MiFinity itself, dated 6 July 2026 in Dublin. According to the company, Brash has more than 30 years of leadership experience in European fintech and payments. Past roles include CleverCards, Flyfish, PPS (PrePay Solutions) and Edenred Payment Solutions. He is a founding member of the advisory board of The Payments Association. CEO Paul Kavanagh points to his record of building and scaling payment businesses.

Brash calls this an important stage in the company’s journey. The release doesn’t say who held the role before him.

What does MiFinity say about itself?

MiFinity says it is growing profitably with double-digit revenue growth, entering new markets and investing in new products. The figures from the release:

Key figures: 223 countries and territories, over 80 local payment methods, 17 currencies, over 1 million users

MiFinity is regulated by the UK FCA and the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA). The release names PayAnyBank, PayAnyCard and eVouchers as products, without details.

What does it mean for eWO customers?

A new appointment isn’t a product change. The release mentions no new fees, limits, countries or features, and it doesn’t say whether anything is planned that would affect you.

Two things are worth watching. Brash now owns product and payments, the areas where customers would see changes first. And the release talks about market expansion and new products. If that turns into concrete changes, we’ll report it here.

Until then you don’t need to do anything. Our MiFinity terms are on the MiFinity page. For how MiFinity joined eWO, see the partnership post.
