Paysafe, the parent company of Skrill and Neteller, reported second-quarter results on 13 August 2026. Group revenue grew 4% to $447.4M, and the Digital Wallets segment grew 3% to $206.6M.

What did Paysafe report?

The figures come from the Paysafe press release of 13 August 2026. Compared with Q2 2025, revenue rose from $428.2M to $447.4M. Adjusted EBITDA fell 2% to $102.8M. The net loss was $58.9M, compared with $50.1M a year earlier.

Key figures: revenue $447.4M (+4%), Digital Wallets $206.6M (+3%), Merchant Solutions $246.1M (+6%), adjusted EBITDA $102.8M (−2%)

How are the wallets doing?

Digital Wallets is the segment that includes Skrill. The release names Skrill as an example of a digital wallet. Neteller does not appear in the part of the text we read. Revenue grew 3%, but only 1% excluding currency and acquisition effects. Adjusted EBITDA of the segment fell 9% to $74.9M.

Paysafe points to factors on both sides. Active users grew in Latin America and with PaysafeWallet in Europe. Against that, markets outside the focus regions, where Paysafe does not actively market, and “temporary grow-over effects” in social casino and crypto trading held growth back.

The bigger growth came from the other segment. Merchant Solutions, which handles payments for businesses, rose 6% to $246.1M, driven by iGaming volumes in North America.

What about the outlook and the debt?

Paysafe confirmed its guidance for 2026: revenue of $1,790M to $1,830M and adjusted EBITDA of $449M to $464M. The guidance was updated for the refinancing and higher interest costs. The company had announced the refinancing on 12 August. It consists of new term loans in US dollars and euros due June 2030 and a new revolving credit facility due August 2031. Total debt stands at $2.5B.

What does this mean for you?

Nothing changes in your account because of these numbers. The release does not mention fees, limits or VIP rules for Skrill or Neteller, and we wouldn’t read any changes into it. What the report does show is that the wallet business is growing slowly, while the company is restructuring its debt.

If you use Skrill through eWO, your extras stay as listed on our Skrill page. We’ll report here if Paysafe announces changes to the wallets.
