NETELLER launched this mobile solution to provide even easier access to your online funds. The free app is available for both Android and iOS platforms and can be downloaded directly from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
Logging into the App
To begin using the NETELLER App, simply open it on your smartphone or tablet and enter your registered email address and password. If you have enabled the enhanced security feature Two-Step Authentication, you will also need to enter your unique code. We strongly recommend activating this feature to maximize your account security.
Sending Money via Mobile
Using the mobile app to transfer funds is intuitive and efficient. Select the Money Transfer option from the menu, then enter the recipient’s email address, your preferred currency, and the amount you wish to send. The transaction is processed instantly, making it perfect for payments on the go.
Uploading Funds Mobile
Just as easily as you can transfer money to a merchant or friend, you can also deposit funds into your account. Simply choose the Deposit option from the menu and select one of your available payment methods to top up your balance instantly.
Transaction History
To monitor your spending or check your current balance, click on the History tab. This section provides a detailed overview of all your past transactions and real-time updates on your available funds.
