NETELLER Reward Program discontinued

NETELLER just informed us that a significant change is coming regarding the well-known NETELLER Rewards Program.

As of 30th April 2020, the NETELLER Reward Program will be discontinued and soon be replaced by a new loyalty program.

We have gathered all information for you and will, of course, update here as well in case there is more news or changes about this topic.

What is the NETELLER Reward Program?

We are sure that most of you are fully aware of the details and the benefits, but we still want to give you a quick overview of it.

The NETELLER Reward Program was designed to reward NETELLER clients for their transactions. Once you have reached any VIP status, you could participate in this program and earn reward points for all transactions (deposits, withdrawals, money transfer, MasterCard transactions).

Those collected points could then be redeemed in the NETELLER VIP Store for different items or cash prizes. The more points you have, the more valuable the rewards become, and regular customers could earn some decent bonuses by collecting points.

What will now change?

Unfortunately, the NETELLER Reward Program will end ultimately. As of 30th April 2020, the program will be discontinued, and you can no longer collect new points.

Until then, you can keep collecting points and use them for any item from the NETELLER Reward store. All accumulated points can be redeemed until 30th June 2020 – all points not redeemed after that date will be lost. So, please make sure to save them in time, not to lose the value. There will be no chance to get them back after that date.

New Loyalty Program Coming Soon

We know that many clients liked that program and will be disappointed. However, we also have some good news. NETELLER is already working on a new loyalty program to replace the NETELLER Reward Program, and there is a good chance that it will be introduced shortly. More details about that will follow soon.
