New NETELLER Verification – New Procedure
We were just informed by NETELLER that they changed their whole verification process for new customers. Here is everything you need to know: What exactly changed and what you have to do to fully verify your account.
Currently the following changes will only affect new NETELLER customers.
Existing NETELLER customers or Skrill customers are not affected yet, but according to our Skrill and NETELLER contacts, this might change in the future.
We will update this news post as soon as we get more information.
New NETELLER Verification – What exactly changed?
With immediate affect new NETELLER customers have to go through a different process to fully verify their NETELLER account.
The following steps are needed to remove all restrictions and increase your transfer limits to the maximum:

- Register your NETELLER account with eWO to get instant silver VIP status after verification.
- Send a copy of your passport and a recent bill to [email protected]
- Set your security questions and answers. You can find them in the security settings of your account.
- Follow the instructions shown in your NETELLER account and upload a selfie holding your ID card or passport next to your face. This can either be done live with your webcam or be an existing photo via netverify.
Until now, this process was only needed for non-EU citizens, but is now also mandatory for all new customers.
Without this additional step you can use your NETELLER account, but you will have many restrictions and low transfer limits.
Therefore we highly recommend to fully verify your accounts to be able to use all of NETELLER services and get the most out or your account.
You can also use the NETELLER App to upload your documents and verify your account.
New NETELLER Verification – What about existing clients?
If you already have a fully verified your account there is nothing for you to do at this moment and you can use your account without any additional verification.
However, NETELLER told us that this might change in the future as well and all clients, no matter if new or existing, have to verify their accounts through this additional step as well.
Skrill Verification – No changes, not yet.
For Skrill similar changes will arrive very soon, but as of now, nothing has changed yet.
