New Skrill Verification – New Procedure

New Skrill VerificationWe were just informed by Skrill that they have changed their verification process for new customers as well. A few weeks ago NETELLER already made some changes to their verification process and they also told us that Skrill will most likely follow at some point. The following article will give you a detailed overview about the changes and what you have to do to fully verify your account.

Currently the following changes will only affect new Skrill customers. Existing Skrill customers are not affected and they don’t have to provide any additional documents.

New Skrill Verification – What exactly changed?

From now on new Skrill customers have to go through a different process to fully verify their Skrill account.

The following steps are needed to remove all restrictions and increase your transfer limits to the maximum:

    2. Send an email to skrill-docs@eWallet-Optimizer.com and attach the front and back side of your ID card or passport and a recent utility bill (gas, electricity or any other household bill) or a bank statement, showing your full name and address and not older than 90 days and a selfie of you holding your passport or ID card next to your face.

Skrill will now review your documents and verify your account within 1 business day.

Without this additional step to send a selfie you can use your Skrill account, but you will have many restrictions and low transfer limits.
Therefore we highly recommend to fully verify your accounts to be able to use all of Skrill services and get the most out or your account and also the most out of our Skrill bonus program.

You can also use the Skrill Mobile App to upload your documents and verify your account.

New Skrill Verification – What about existing clients?

If you already have a fully verified your account there is nothing for you to do at this moment and you can use your account without any additional verification. We also don’t expect any changes for existing clients in the future.

Hi Good day! Can i ask for help im from the philippines . my problem is my verification of my identification is always denied my Identification cards here is Valid but in skrill they did not accept it.. What will i do? I have no passport and drivers license 🙁

Unfortunately there is not much we can do on our end. If Skrill did not accept your documents you need to provide new ones to get verified. However, we are happy to give it another try.
