Good News: Russia MasterCard at Skrill and NETELLER is back!
At the beginning of October 2016, Skrill and NETELLER announced that Russian clients, as well as clients from non-SEPA countries, will no longer be allowed to order a new MasterCard for their Skrill and NETELLER accounts. Clients from Russia can use their old cards until they expire. However, they will not be able to order a new MasterCard after that.
This has changed now, and we have some excellent news for our Russian clients. Clients who still have an active card will be able to order a new card once their old cards expire!
Russia MasterCard at Skrill and NETELLER – Who can order a new card?
All Russian Skrill and NETELLER clients with an active Skrill or NETELLER MasterCard will be allowed to order a new one after their expiration.
Customers who tried to order a card before the 26th of November and did not receive them will now also be allowed to order a new card. Just get in touch with the Skrill help or NETELLER support, and they will re-activate the option to order your card in your account. What about new Clients?
Unfortunately, there no changes for new Russian Skrill or NETELLER clients or for clients who don’t have an active MasterCard. Those clients will still be not allowed to order a new card. However, we hope that there will be some changes in the future, and more clients will be able to order new cards again.
There are also no changes for all other clients from non-SEPA regions. The following clients are still not allowed to order a new card for their accounts:
